We understand that in many situations it is preferable to order items offline. If you do not have a credit card or choose for any other reason not to use PayPal, please fill out the form below with as much of the following information as possible, including:

1. The item number(s) you would like to purchase.

2. Your mailing address, telephone number and email address.

3. Your preferred method of payment (check, money order).

Once we have received your email, Artifact Nation will contact you to verify your order and provide you with a purchase order listing the total cost to complete this order. At that point you can mail us your payment. Once it has cleared, we will ship your order as requested.
